It caused damage to by garage ceiling, as well as leaking under the garage doors. A local electrician recommended that I call Seacoast Overhead Door. They came within a few days to give me an estimate, and I was able to schedule an appointment right away. The crew had everything fixed in a day. I have beautiful, functioning doors and no more leaking into the garage! Very pleased with the whole experience snd highly recommend.

I used their "Build your door" online tool and submitted for quote. My quote was very reasonable. There was not one question they did not answer or one concern that they did not address. The job was done timely and professionally. Thank you!

Called on 2/8 and followed up with an email. I got a reply on 2/17 that George would swing by and look at it. Emailed again on 3/8 with no response. Emailed again on 3/8 with no response. Emailed again on 3/12 and called with no answer or answering machine even reached out on FB. Finally got an email saying that they ordered me a door a few years earlier and I never took it. I never told them to order it as she was to get back to me with a price due to the odd size. Poor service and business practice.

Hello Mr. Dill. I'm sorry that you are not happy with our company. Unfortunately we ordered a garage door for you a few years back. Since it has been some time that has passed, I no longer have the signed paperwork or agreement by email from you. I tried calling you back then and even left a message on your voicemail. You did not respond. I even asked George the owner if he remembered you and he said yes. George had the same recollection as I had. He remembered that we ordered your garage door and that you never responded back to us to get it installed. We then had to wait for a buyer so we could sell the door. We were still willing to do a site visit for you in Ossipee for your recent request. However, we were not in that area at all. We try to make everyone happy with our customer service.
